Dr. Agresti is an out-of-network provider. Many patients receive partial reimbursement through their PPO insurance plans by submitting a superbill. We are happy to provide documentation for insurance reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly.

Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. It's a breakthrough treatment for patients who have not responded to traditional antidepressants. Dr. Agresti can evaluate whether Spravato is appropriate for your situation.

Absolutely. Dr. Agresti provides comprehensive ADHD evaluation and medication management for adults. This includes stimulant medications (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin) and non-stimulant alternatives (Strattera, Wellbutrin, Intuniv). ADHD evaluations include clinical interview, rating scales, and review of any prior testing.

All three are used for opioid use disorder. Suboxone is a daily sublingual film containing buprenorphine + naloxone. Sublocade is a monthly injectable buprenorphine — no daily pills, no diversion risk. Vivitrol is a monthly injectable naltrexone that blocks opioid effects and reduces cravings; it requires being opioid-free for 7–10 days first. Dr. Agresti will help determine which is best for your situation.
